Martin Glenn

Martin Glenn currently serves as Chairman of PGMOL since January 2024, overseeing professional match officials in English football. In addition, Martin holds multiple roles including Non Executive Chairman at Chapel Down Group and Chairperson of the Football Foundation, the UK's largest sporting charity focused on improving playing facilities. With extensive experience in leadership, Martin has previously been the CEO of the Football Association, United Biscuits, Birds Eye iglo, and PepsiCo UK & Ireland. Martin's career also includes a position as a Non Executive Director at Froneri, the world's second-largest ice cream company. Martin obtained a 2:1 degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
