Rochak Langer

Rochak Langer currently serves as Academic Leader at FIFA/CIES, a position held since November 2021, while also working as Chief Operating Officer and Strategy/Project Manager at Football Sports Development Limited since February 2014, focusing on the development of strategies for Indian football and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Football at IMG Reliance Pvt. Ltd. where responsibilities included defining the strategy for the Indian Super League and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. Langer also worked as a Consultant at Sporting Ace Pvt. Ltd. and the Western India Football Association, and began career as a Post Graduate Management Trainee at Larsen & Toubro Limited, alongside a research assistant role at the Center of Robotics & Manufacturing at the University of Kentucky. Langer holds multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Kentucky and various FIFA MA degrees in Sports Management, Sports Law, and Sports Humanities.
