April Lambatos

April Lambatos is the owner of Social Capitol Events and Footers Catering, providing comprehensive event planning and catering services since 2010. Lambatos also operates mibe, focusing on transforming the hospitality industry through intentional culture and leadership. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Lambatos actively contributes to various organizations, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation and as a board member for the International Catering Association. Previous board memberships include the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Mile High Young Professionals. April Lambatos holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida, earned in 2004.
