Melinda Dilwicius, CUCME, has extensive experience in marketing and business development. Melinda started their career at Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller, where they provided excellent customer service and cross-sold products and services. Melinda then worked as a Production Assistant at SanMar Studios before joining America's Christian Credit Union as a Relationship Ministry Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with VIP clients and corporate accounts.

Melinda then transitioned to Foothill Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Marketing & Business Development Consultant, Marketing Communications Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Marketing. In these roles, they led the marketing team, developed and executed marketing campaigns, and drove product/service development and brand awareness. In 2014 to 2016, Melinda attended the CUNA Marketing Management School, where they earned a CUCME (CUNA Marketing Executive Designation).
