Lydia Hearn has been with De Anza College since September 2000, holding various instructional and leadership positions. Lydia currently serves as the Interim Vice President of Instruction, English Instructor, Interim Associate Vice President of Instruction, and Interim Dean of Language Arts. Prior to their roles at De Anza College, Lydia earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from UC Santa Barbara in 2000 and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the same institution in 1992.
