Ron Bates has been involved in the education and technology field for many years. Ron currently serves as the Cisco Academy Coordinator and Instructor at East Side Union High School District, where Ron focuses on Adult Career Technology Education. In addition, Ron is a Computer Lab Teacher and Adjunct Professor of Computer Information Systems at De Anza College, where Ron teaches courses in Linux, Programming, and Data Communications. Prior to this, Ron was a Computers/IT Instructor at San Jose Conservation Corps Charter School, where Ron taught various computer and IT courses to high school students. Ron holds a BA in Psychology, Industrial Arts, and Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
