Emily Barclay Ford has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Emily Barclay started their career in 2005 at Drama 34 Productions, where they produced feature films, television shows, and new media content. Emily Barclay also worked on projects such as "I HATE MY 30's" for MTV Networks' VH1 and produced webisodes for the TV series "BREAKING BAD" for Sony and AMC.

In 2011, Emily joined Page 90 Inc. as a producer, where they produced animated series for Life Technologies and IDEO. Emily Barclay then moved on to work as a senior producer of development at Disney Online Originals at The Walt Disney Company. Here, they developed and produced original content, including the successful "TALKING FRIENDS" series.

Emily later joined Maker Studios Inc. as the Senior Director of Commercial Programming and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, they developed and executed partner programming opportunities, including collaborations with media companies, advertisers, and celebrities like Robert Downey Jr.
