Michal Vrtiška is currently the Head of Digital at Footshop, leading a performance team responsible for online campaigns across nearly 20 countries. This role includes managing PPC campaigns on Google and Bing, social media campaigns, affiliate marketing, CRM communication, and comparison shopping services. Prior to Footshop, Michal served as the Head of Digital Media at Marketup s.r.o., where leadership involved overseeing a newly formed media team managing campaigns for approximately 50 clients. Previous roles include Head of Performance & Branding, Project Manager, and Marketing Specialist, showcasing a broad expertise in digital marketing, project management, and analytics. Additionally, Michal has taught as an external lecturer at NEWTON University and has significant experience in market analysis and product development from earlier positions. Michal holds an engineering degree in Business and Administration from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.

As part of our own responsibility, we take part in ecologically sustainable activities that include our five stores based in the capital cities of central and eastern Europe. Locally, we support artists, brands and interesting creative projects. At the same time, we collaborate with global partners, thanks to whom we've introduced several of our own sneakers - namely, adidas and KangaROOS.
