Caitlin Baker is the Head of People, Culture & Safety at FOOTT, where they focus on building high-trust, high-performance cultures. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, and organizational coaching, Caitlin is passionate about championing employee well-being and leading meaningful change. Previously, Caitlin held various HR and safety positions at organizations such as Goulburn Valley Health and Goulburn Broken CMA. They earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from La Trobe University and a Graduate Certificate in Psychology from James Cook University.
