Jakub Pluta

Jakub Pluta is a seasoned project manager and Agile coach with extensive experience in leading transformations and implementing Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Transformation Project Manager and Agile Coach at Craftware since April 2021, Jakub also holds the role of OKR Coach at Fooz | Rock-solid WordPress Agency. Previous roles include Scrum Master at VSF Experts GmbH and McKinsey & Company, as well as Project Coordinator at The Municipal Office of Wroclaw. Jakub possesses a Master's degree in International Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and a Master's degree in International Business Management from Carinthia University of Applied Science, complemented by studies at the University of Oslo and the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw.
