Pamela Rowe

Pamela Rowe is a CPA and MBA with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Accounting Manager at FIRST since February 2023, Pamela previously held the title of Manager of Accounting at FedPoint from July 2020 to February 2023, where notable achievements included managing financial audits and redesigning reconciliation processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Lindt & Sprungli, where Pamela oversaw month-end close processes and managed audits, and as a Senior Corporate Reporting Analyst at Bluestem Brands, Inc. In earlier positions, Pamela developed effective accounting procedures and improved team productivity at companies such as RR Donnelley and Power & Sullivan CPAs. Pamela holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University.
