Lillian Santos

Lillian Santos has extensive experience in royalty management and financial auditing, with a career spanning over three decades in publishing and music industries. Currently, Lillian serves as the Director of Royalties at Skyhorse Publishing, Inc. since December 2016, after previously holding the position of Royalty Manager at the same company since February 2015. Lillian's responsibilities include the preparation and delivery of Royalty Statements and maintaining the royalty system. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Internal Audit at Cavalry Portfolio Services and Financial Royalty Analyst at Hyperion Publishing. Lillian's career also features significant positions at Universal Music Group, Atlantic Records, and The Jim Henson Company, where Lillian contributed to the implementation of royalty contracts and compliance procedures. Lillian holds a BBA degree with a major in Computers and Statistics from Baruch College.
