Aaron Abrook

Aaron Abrook has 15 years of work experience. Aaron is currently working at For The Record (FTR) as a Full Stack Engineering Lead and at Story Time as a Co-Founder, both starting in June 2021. Previously, they worked at Skedulo as a Senior Engineering Manager (Australia) until June 2021, Frontend Team Lead from September 2019 to December 2020, and Senior Full Stack Developer from May 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they were a Technical Lead at Cohort Go from April 2018 to April 2019. Aaron also worked at everydayhero AU/NZ as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Queensland University of Technology, including Applications Developer from July 2007 to April 2016 and Software Developer from February 2007 to September 2008. Aaron started their career as a Junior Consultant at Eos Solutions in 2006.

Aaron Abrook attended Queensland University of Technology (QUT) from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in IT with a focus on Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Algorithms on Graphs, Data Structures, and Algorithmic Toolbox from Coursera in 2016 and 2017.
