Manisha Pol started their work experience in 2005 at Tieto as an SSE and later became a Lead Software Engineer. Manisha worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined For The Record Ltd as a Senior .Net Developer and also worked at Employsoft as a .Net Developer.
Manisha Pol attended Naralkar Institute from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in computer management (MCM). Prior to that, they attended Ahilyadevi High School in Pune.
