Tony Douglass has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tony is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at For The Record (FTR) since May 2022. Previously, they held the position of President at FTR Limited from September 2013 to May 2022 and also served as President at Court Record Solutions from November 2010 to May 2022. Tony was the Executive Director and Founder of Auscript Australasia from August 2009 to December 2021. Tony also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Auscript Australasia from August 2004 to July 2009. Prior to that, Tony founded and served as the CEO of Evidence Technology from 1999 to 2008. Tony was the Managing Director at Arcom from February 1997 to December 1999. Tony started their career as a Senior Technician at New South Wales Premier's Department, where they worked from October 1994 to February 1997. Additionally, they owned and served as the Chief Engineer at Noisegate Studios, a recording, rehearsals, and mastering studio in Sydney from 1991 to 1994.
Tony Douglass obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Western Sydney University, which they completed between 1989 and 1992. In 2000, they attended Digital Audio Corporation of America to study Forensic Audio Enhancement. Additionally, in 1996, they briefly studied Forensic Audio Enhancement and Authenticity at the University of New South Wales. Tony's educational background primarily revolves around communication and forensic audio enhancement.
