Neelakantha Karinje

Neelakantha Karinje has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Neelakantha is currently serving as the CEO of Foradian Technologies, where they focus on strategy and execution, with an emphasis on customer success. Foradian Technologies specializes in providing efficient solutions for schools worldwide through their product, Fedena.

Prior to their current role, Neelakantha worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Insemi Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 onwards. In this position, they were responsible for financial management and oversight.

Neelakantha also gained extensive experience at Flextronics International, where they held various roles. As the Director of Finance, they managed billion+ dollars in revenue and played a pivotal role in designing entities of Flex across multiple continents. Neelakantha effectively managed cash flow, meeting both short and long-term requirements of the business. Neelakantha also served as the General Manager - Finance at Flextronics from 1999 to 2007.

Before joining Flextronics, Neelakantha worked as the Manager - Finance at TB Woods Enertec Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period in 1998. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager Finance at Deccanet Designs Limited from 1995 to 1997 and worked as a Commercial Executive at Khaithan India Limited in 1994.

Neelakantha Karinje pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mangalore University between 1984 and 1988, with a focus on Accountancy and Commerce. Following this, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained their Chartered Accountant degree. During their time at the institute, they studied Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, and Company Law.
