Ofek Lavian

Ofek Lavian is the current COO at Forage. Prior to this, Ofek served as the Head of Product for payments at Instacart from January 2020 to December 2022. Ofek was responsible for growing the team from 5 to 50 and launching multiple products that drove billions in incremental impact during Instacart's peak growth years. These products included EBT/SNAP (Food Stamps), PayPal, Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Stored Value (Credit Back).

Before working at Instacart, Ofek served as a Product Manager for payments at Uber from January 2016 to December 2019. At Uber, Ofek worked on powering Uber’s global payments platform which processed tens of billions of dollars in payments volume across 60+ countries. During their time at Uber, Ofek had the privilege of launching payments products such as Tipping, The Uber Visa Credit Card, Gift Cards, and Uber Cash.

Ofek Lavian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Southern California.
