Laura Malkofsky

Laura Malkofsky is a partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff since January 2023 and has also been a partner at Ericksen Arbuthnot since August 2018, where prior roles included senior associate. Malkofsky's extensive legal experience spans over three decades, with a focus on commercial litigation, including a wide range of civil cases in both state and federal courts. Previous roles include senior counsel at Cornerstone Law Group and of counsel at Law Offices of Kevin J. Tully, specializing in lemon law litigation for Ford Motor Company. Malkofsky began legal career as senior legal counsel at Tarkington, O'Neill, Barrack & Chong, focusing on civil litigation related to tort and insurance practices. Malkofsky obtained a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1989 and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 1984.
