Amir Salah has over 10 years of experience in sales and account management. In 2010, they began their career as a Sales Representative at BM-Egypt for medical and scientific equipment. During this role, they conducted daily outdoor visits to pharmacies to achieve sales targets, followed up with current and prospective clients, and made outbound calls to set appointments. In 2015, they joined MetLife as a Senior Insurance Specialist/Bancassurance unit. During this role, they acted as a key team member by supporting and leading the team in case of any technical issue or a problem with clients, conducted full fact find and full sales process to identify customers' needs for the insurance products, and promoted Bancassurance products within bank branches. In 2019, they joined Forasna as a Senior Corporate Account Manager. During this role, they met and exceeded revenue goals by 103% in 2021 through generating new leads and identifying new clients plus the renewal of their existing clients, identified growth opportunities and potential deals within the market segments, increased revenue and retention rate for their accounts, and prepared regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Amir Salah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Helwan University Cairo between 2005 and 2009. Amir also attended Ali Mubark from 2002 to 2005, studying Literature. Amir has obtained several certifications, including Sales: Referral Selling from LinkedIn in February 2019, The Science of Sales from LinkedIn in October 2016, General English from the American University in Cairo in February 2014, and Marketing & Sales from Cairo University.
