Alexandra Phillips has been working in the professional and personal development industry since 2012. Alexandra has served as a CEO, VC Business Coach, Transformational Coach, Intuitive Coach, and Public Speaker, working with business owners, executives, and employees on issues related to professional and organizational growth. In 2020, Phillips became a Guide, Executive Leadership Coach, Team Coach, and Facilitator at Chief. In 2018, they were recognized as a thought leader on the Forbes Coaches Council. In 2016, they were a Content Creator for The Conference Board, and from 2004-2002 they were an Instructional Designer, Large Group Facilitation, Professional Development Leader, and Teaching Artist for Lincoln Center Education. Additionally, from 2002-2002 they were a Film/TV Actor and Theatre Actor for SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association, respectively.

Alexandra Phillips began their education with a Bachelor of Arts - BA, Cum Laude from Brown University, obtained between 1994 and 1998. Alexandra then obtained an MFA in Acting, Magna Cum Laude from The New School between 1999 and 2002. In 2013 and 2014, Alexandra Phillips obtained a Certificate in Coaching from New York University in Executive and Leadership Coaching. Alexandra also completed a Strategic Steps for Growth program at NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Alexandra Phillips has obtained a number of certifications, including an ACC from the International Coach Federation in September 2017, a Certified Member (CM) from SAG-AFTRA in March 2006, a Certified Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and a DiSC Provider from Wiley.
