Kelly M. has held various roles in the selection committee since 2018. Kelly began as the Director of Selection Committee for Forbes Councils, where they were responsible for recruiting and inviting members based on career success and diversity of perspective. In 2019, they moved to the Business Journals Leadership Trust as the Director of Selection Committee. Currently, they are the Director of Selection Committee for the Rolling Stone Culture Council and YEC.
