Bob Lam

Bob Lam is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in cybersecurity, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ShardSecure since January 2019, where the company focuses on innovative data protection solutions. Lam's extensive experience includes founding Bayshore Networks, a leader in industrial cyber protection, and serving on the advisory board of CTM Insights, a technology incubator. Prior roles include board member at Rev2 Networks, VP of Business Development at Pareto Networks, and Managing Partner at StrateSight Advisors, providing strategic guidance to startups. Lam also held the position of Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where a prominent cybersecurity investment banking franchise was established.
