Niraj Kumar

Niraj Kumar is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over 18 years, contributing significantly to various organizations. Currently, Niraj serves as an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since May 2018 and has held the position of Co-Founder and CTO at DataMetica Solutions Private Limited since October 2013. In this role, Niraj partners with business leadership teams to inform technology investment decisions and develop technical and business architecture. Previously, Niraj was the Head of Data Science & Analytics at PeopleStrong HR Services and a Technical Architect at Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on data architecture and big data initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at ValueLabs, Astadia, and SCA Technologies. Niraj holds a Master's in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
