Cleve Adams

Cleve Adams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and business sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ILS since May 2024, Cleve is focused on integrating AI into the legal industry. As the Founder CEO and Managing Partner at Trestles Group Inc. since January 2008, Cleve has been instrumental in investing in cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS companies while providing M&A advisory services and executive coaching. Cleve's commitment to education is reflected in the role as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University since January 2025 and as a member of the Executive Advisory Council for the Most Fundable Companies program at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additional leadership roles include serving on the Board of Directors for DE3.ai and XQ, as well as being a member of the Forbes CEO Business Council. Cleve holds a Presidential Key Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
