Jim Osman

Jim Osman is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of The Edge Group LLC since August 2005, leading innovative investment research that uncovers profitable Global Special Situations. As a Senior Contributor on Investing for Forbes since January 2019, Osman shares insights and expertise in the investment community. Previously, Osman served as the CEO Peer Advisory Group leader at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. from July 2016 to May 2021, facilitating advisory boards for senior executives. With a background as a Special Situations Portfolio Manager at Claridge Capital Management from January 2003 to August 2005, Osman specialized in corporate divestiture strategies. Additional experience includes various roles as a Portfolio Manager and Trader at different financial institutions from September 1992 to January 2003. Osman is an alumnus of the London Business School.
