Ashish Gandhi

Ashish Gandhi has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and banking sectors. Ashish currently serves as the SVP, Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Forbright Bank, where they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP, Director of Network Operations at Forbright Bank from January 2018 to March 2022. Before joining Forbright Bank, Ashish worked as the Executive Director/Owner at Sylvan Learning of Reston starting in January 2017. From July 2014 to March 2022, they served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Network Operation at Congressional Bank/Alliance Partners. Ashish also held the position of Vice President, Information Technology at Pacific Western Bank in April 2014. Ashish has extensive experience as an IT Operations Manager at CapitalSource Finance LLC from January 2004 to March 2014. Additionally, Ashish worked as a Lead Technical Analyst at Wiley Rein LLP from September 2001 to January 2004 and as a Senior Network Engineer at 2nd Century Communication.

Ashish Gandhi attended the University of Florida from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After a gap, they resumed their education and enrolled in the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2015. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on the general field.

In addition to their formal education, Ashish Gandhi has obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In March 2011, they became an EnCase Certified Examiner through the guidance of Guidance Software. More recently, in July 2022, Ashish obtained the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute).
