Derek Stepan

Derek Stepan serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Integrations and Operations at Forbright Bank since March 2024. Previously at Texas Capital Bank from May 2011 to March 2024, Derek held various positions including Director and VP of Engineering Manager, overseeing consumer and mobile engineering among other responsibilities. Derek's experience also includes roles as an IT Technician at Princeton Independent School District and as a Software Developer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Education was completed at Sam Houston State University.
