Matthew D. Vinson

Matthew D. Vinson has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in compliance, loan administration, and loan processing. Matthew D. currently holds the position of AVP, Compliance, HMDA & CRA Officer at Congressional Bank since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Old Line Bank for 20 years, where they served as Vice President and Loan Administration Department Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Eastern Savings Bank as a Loan Processor, where they were responsible for processing and quality review of residential mortgage loans.

Matthew D. Vinson attended Davis and Elkins College from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing & Management. Matthew D. also received education in Analyzing Financial Statements at Dun and Bradstreet, and completed the Commercial Lending School at the Mid-Atlantic Chapter American Institute of Banking.
