Lisa Herold Ferbing

Lisa Herold Ferbing is an experienced leader with an extensive background in governance and management. Currently serving as Næstformand and formand for Revisionsudvalget at cBrain since April 2019, Lisa also holds the position of Formand for bestyrelsen at both Lån & Spar Invest and Lån & Spar Mixinvest. Lisa’s involvement with Forbrugerrådet Tænk as a council member since May 2018, along with significant roles at DANSK IT and various boards including Investeringsforeningen Gudme Raaschou and Investadministration A/S, highlights a commitment to consumer and financial sectors. Lisa previously chaired the repræsentantskab at Lån & Spar Bank and has served on the boards of HOFOR A/S and HOFOR Holding. An accomplished academic, Lisa holds a Master of Law from Københavns Universitet and additional qualifications in executive coaching and leadership.
