Yulia Kalytovska is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional with a career spanning over a decade. Yulia's expertise includes recruitment, team management, and HR strategy development, demonstrated through roles at EPAM Systems, where responsibilities included recruitment for Executive positions and leading a Talent Acquisition Team, and at Capgemini Engineering, where Yulia built cross-country teams and implemented hiring processes in Poland.
