Karine Sorba

Karine Sorba is an experienced specialist in portage salarial and new forms of employability, currently serving as Déléguée Régionale at Akuit - Portage Salarial since July 2016. In this role, Karine supports both experts and companies with resource outsourcing. Additionally, Karine has been a volunteer with Force Femmes since September 2019, mentoring women over 45 during thematic workshops. Previous experience includes a membership at Union pour les Entreprises des Bouches-du-Rhône from July 2016 to July 2019, volunteering at Avarap 13 in 2016-2017, and serving as Responsable Régionale Occitanie at AD'Missions from January 2006 to June 2016, where significant initiatives included the opening of a Toulouse office and the establishment of support groups for consultants.
