Kate Wall

Kate (Hipps) Wall is currently the Practice Lead at Force Management, where they focus on transforming B2B sales organizations to enhance revenue and competitive positioning. With extensive experience in managing teams and consulting for various clients, Kate has demonstrated strong operational and leadership skills. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at Force Management, including Managing Director and Northeast Practice Lead, helping companies improve their customer-facing functions. Kate also gained experience in marketing and public relations through roles at Siemens Industry and ClearImage. They are currently pursuing an IE-Brown Executive MBA at IE Business School and Brown University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
