Paul Giaconia

Paul Giaconia serves as the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Subscription and Technology at Force Management since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul led software products and strategy at Stratasys from September 2015 to August 2022. Paul held key sales leadership positions at Dassault Systèmes from 2009 to 2015, directing sales efforts for North America and managing corporate accounts for SOLIDWORKS. Paul also contributed to product strategy and software development as Group Vice President at Oracle between 2007 and 2009, following a tenure as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Agile Software, where responsibilities included enterprise visualization technology management. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Eigner and a notable tenure at PTC as Senior Vice President of Product Management. Paul Giaconia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
