Chetan Dashora

Chetan Dashora has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Chetan started their career as an Executive at Maral Overseas Ltd. in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Chetan then joined Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. as a Deputy Manager and served until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, Chetan worked at Essar Power as a Deputy General Manager in the HR department. Chetan then joined L&T as an Assistant General Manager of HR, where they handled various roles related to talent acquisition, HR processes, and employee benefits. In 2018, Chetan joined Heubach India as the Head of HR, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are working as the Head of HR and Industrial Relations (Plant) at Force Motors Ltd.

Chetan Dashora completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, from 1993 to 1996. Chetan then pursued an MSW in Human Resource Management from the Indore School of Social Work (ISSW) in Indore, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, from 1996 to 1998.
