Gaurav Deshmukh

Gaurav Deshmukh is the current Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Force Motors. Prior to joining Force Motors, Gaurav worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. from May 2013 to May 2016. Gaurav was responsible for handling compliance under various corporate laws including Company Law, SEBI Regulations, and Stock Exchange Compliances.

Before joining Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., Gaurav worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Kay Bouvet Engineering Limited from December 2011 to April 2013. At Kay Bouvet Engineering Limited, Gaurav assisted the Company Secretary in conducting Board Meetings and preparing all documents pertaining to the meeting. Gaurav was also responsible for filing Annual Financial Statements of the company in XBRL format, maintaining secretarial records and statutory registers, drafting resolutions and notices, and handling compliance’s pertaining to allotment, transfer, transmission of shares and issue of Share Certificates. In addition, Gaurav was involved in the due diligence process carried out for the listing of the company on the stock exchange by the merchant bankers and reported monthly to the Managing Director of the status of compliance with all the corporate laws including Direct & Indirect Taxes, Labour Laws.

Gaurav Deshmukh's educational career includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Saraswati Bhuvan Arts & Commerce College, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, a CS Final from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and NISM-Series-IX: Merchant Banking and NISM-Series-III-A Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non fund) Certifications from the National Institute of Securities Markets.
