Srushti Shah

Srushti Shah is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Force Motors Ltd since June 2025, Srushti previously held roles including Practice Lead Human Resources at KPIT, and Lead Talent Management and Acquisition at EPL Limited. At Mahindra Group, Srushti managed HR Business Partner responsibilities for various sectors, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organization development. Srushti's earlier experience includes positions at Idea Cellular Ltd as an HR intern, and Larsen & Toubro Limited as an HR summer trainee, as well as a background in systems engineering at Infosys Technologies Ltd.
