Doug Karr, MBA, PROSCI CMC, EMP is currently serving as the President of Force Solutions Inc., a groundbreaking staffing company focused on contractors and owners in the marketplace. Doug also holds roles as a Board Member at Gulf Coast Workforce Board and as the Chair of Greater Houston Business Leadership Network (GHBLN), the first Texas Affiliate Chapter of the USBLN. With a wealth of experience in the staffing industry, including positions at ChaseSource, LP, Staffmark Group, ManpowerGroup, Texas Association of Staffing, Spherion, and Sallie Mae, Doug brings expertise in transformation, change management, and operational excellence to his leadership roles. Educated at Texas Tech University, PROSCI, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Baylor University, Doug's educational background includes a BBA in Finance, Certified Change Management Manager, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting.
