Matt Asaro

Matt Asaro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently working at Force Therapeutics as a Software Engineering Manager since August 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Backend Engineer at the same company from April 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Force Therapeutics, Matt worked at Visonex, where they held multiple roles. From January 2019 to April 2021, they served as a Senior Software Architect & Engineer, contributing to complex projects such as designing and developing a custom HL7 engine for CMS billing and integrating electronic notifications for hospital visits across various data providers.

Matt's career began at Electronic Data Systems in 2003, where they served as a Service Desk Operations Lead from June 2003 to December 2004. Matt then transitioned to the role of Help Desk Manager from January 2005 to April 2006. Later, from May 2006 to October 2008, they worked as a Programmer Analyst II, creating software tools for IT automation and service desk support and performing data analysis for service desk operations and management.

In 2008, Matt joined Synoptek as a Senior Software Developer until September 2009. During this time, they honed their development skills and gained experience in software development projects.

Matt Asaro completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science at UC San Diego from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Grossmont College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from 2010 to 2013.
