Clayton Force, P.E., LEED AP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Clayton is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Force Construction Company, Inc. as of January 2022. Before assuming this role, Clayton has held various leadership positions within the same company, including President & Chief Operating Officer from June 2019 and Vice President from January 2017 to June 2019. Prior to their leadership roles, Clayton served as the Project Engineering Manager at Force Construction Company, Inc. from October 2011 to January 2017.

Before joining Force Construction Company, Inc., Clayton worked as a Project Manager at Teng Construction, LLC from April 2007 to August 2011. Clayton also gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Power Construction Co., LLC from August 2003 to April 2007.

Clayton Force, P.E., LEED AP began their education at Purdue University in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Clayton completed their undergraduate studies in 2002. Following their Bachelor's degree, Clayton enrolled in Purdue University once again to further their education. From 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. This academic journey equipped Clayton with the necessary knowledge and expertise in the field of Civil Engineering.
