Nina Lapenta

Nina Lapenta is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the consumer products industry. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Executive Recruiter at ForceBrands since November 2017, Nina plays a pivotal role in building teams for leading brands. Previously, as National Sales Manager at Owl's Brew from June 2014 to May 2017, Nina oversaw sales strategies on both national and regional levels, managed national accounts, and directed multiple regional brokerage teams. Nina's experience also includes roles as Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Sales & Events Associate at Cloudburst Wine, along with earlier positions at Brew Lab Tea, focusing on product development and project coordination. Nina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
