In 2007, Carlos briefly worked at Integrho | powered by AdQualis as a Responsible Comercial. Carlos'sresponsibilities included acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio for labor and human resources management solutions.

Carlos González Cortés has a diverse education history. In 1993-1996, they pursued a Diplomatura in Graduado Social at the Universitat de Barcelona. Moving forward to 2011, Carlos completed the Partners Management Program at Advanced Consulting. In 2014, they obtained a Project Management degree from The Worldgate Group. Most recently, in 2022, Carlos pursued a course in Programación Neurolingüística (PNL) at PIMEC Formación.
