Sergio Berná Niñerola

Sergio Berná Niñerola has extensive experience in the technology and travel industries. Sergio is currently the Chief Technology Officer at ForceManager since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at TravelPerk from August 2016 to May 2020, where they successfully grew the company and improved employee satisfaction. Before joining TravelPerk, Sergio held several leadership roles at Skyscanner, including Travel API Tribe Lead - Director, Platform Tribe Lead - Director, and Hotels Team - Senior Architect. Sergio played a key role in expanding the Skyscanner Spanish office and implementing a service-oriented infrastructure. Sergio also founded ExperienceOn Ventures S.L., where they built an advanced travel search engine that was later acquired by Skyscanner. Sergio began their career at Siemens Business Services as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Throughout their career, Sergio has demonstrated their expertise in technology strategy, project management, and leadership.

Sergio Berná Niñerola completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Universitat d'Alacant, spanning from 1992 to 1997. Later, in 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MBA from Esade with a focus on Business Process, Finance, and Marketing.
