Aman Ladak

Robotics System Lead - Surgical at Forcen

Aman Ladak is a Robotics System Lead and Designer at ForceN, with experience in developing advanced surgical robotic systems, including HeartPrinter, a flexible parallel wire robot for cardiac interventions. As an Editorial Board Member of The International Journal of Medical Robotics and Computer Assisted Surgery, Aman contributes to the advancement of medical robotics literature. Previously, Aman served as a Graduate Research Student at Carnegie Mellon University, leading projects on mechatronic systems and receiving accolades for research excellence. Additional experience includes internships at Smith & Nephew, Baylis Medical, and others, focusing on R&D in medical devices and developing innovative solutions for surgical applications. Aman holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
