Diana K Nino Garcia is a seasoned professional in technical support with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Support for EMEA at Forcepoint since July 2014, Diana previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Technical Support. Prior to Forcepoint, Diana worked at Websense as a Technical Support Manager and at EMC in various roles including Team Manager and Team Leader in Technical Support. Earlier experience includes working as a Tech Support Consultant at Documentum. Diana holds a Certificate in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
