Carolyn O'Neal, MSHI

Carolyn O'Neal has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Carolyn first worked as a Task Employee at Ulta Beauty for a brief period in June 2016. Carolyn then joined Red Cap Plumbing & Air as a Fleet Assistant from June to August 2018. In 2019, they served as an Information Security Intern at WageWorks for a month. In 2020, Carolyn worked as a Delivery Driver for Uber from May to September. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Student-Athlete and a Softball Camp Coach at Jacksonville University. Currently, Carolyn is employed at Forcura since 2021. Carolyn started as a Software Engineering Intern from June to August 2021. Then, they became an Associate Software Engineer from August 2021 to March 2022, and is currently a Software Engineer.

Carolyn O'Neal, MSHI has a diverse education history in the field of technology and healthcare. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Cyber Security from Jacksonville University, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Gaither High School from 2012 to 2016. In their high school years, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Carolyn continued their education at Jacksonville University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Informatics in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Carolyn has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In July 2019, they completed the "Being an Effective Team Member" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2022, they obtained the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). These certifications demonstrate Carolyn's commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards and their willingness to continuously develop their expertise in the field.
