Charlie Flynn, MBA

Charlie Flynn, MBA has a diverse work experience. Charlie started their career as an Intern at ReelGenie, where they administered user tests and produced reports on software reactions and comprehension. Charlie then moved on to work at Forcura, where they held multiple roles. First, they worked as a Marketing Research Intern, developing and monitoring email marketing campaigns. Later, they became a Client Experience Specialist, analyzing marketing strategy, training clients, and handling client feedback. Charlie then worked as a Marketing Manager, implementing marketing campaigns and managing the corporate website. Charlie's most recent role at Forcura was as a Partnership Manager, where they ensured the success of strategic partnerships and collaborated with internal and external teams to execute partnership strategies. In addition to their corporate experience, Charlie also held leadership positions in the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville's Beaches, serving as the Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President.

Charlie Flynn, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Florida, which was obtained between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, they received a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Analytics from the same university during the same period. Prior to their MBA, Charlie completed their undergraduate studies at James Madison University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also briefly studied German Studies at Heidelberg University. In terms of certifications, Charlie has obtained the Technical Product Management certification from LinkedIn in March 2023, as well as the QPR Gatekeeper Certification from the QPR Institute in January 2023.
