Phillip Austin

Phillip Austin has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Phillip is currently working as a Senior Manager of People at Forcura since December 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Century Ambulance Service, Inc. from June 2016 to December 2019. Phillip also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Medtronic from January 2009 to June 2016, where they were responsible for HR leadership and compliance projects. Phillip has also worked as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target from January 2007 to January 2009, as an Employee Relations Specialist at CitiStreet from August 2005 to October 2006, and as a Human Resource Manager at Hahn Automotive from September 2001 to October 2004.

Phillip Austin obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and Organization Development from St. John Fisher University. Phillip pursued their education at the university from 2003 to 2006.
