Paul Badger

Paul Badger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the defense and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Wavefront Systems since March 2021 and as a Management Board Member at Forcys, a global maritime defense company, Paul Badger brings a wealth of expertise. Previously, Paul Badger held various senior positions at Vestas, including Senior Director and Managing Director Vestas Technology UK, overseeing key operations in blade design and project management for wind turbine technologies. Earlier roles included Head of Programmes at QinetiQ, Business Group Manager at QinetiQ, and systems engineering roles at BAE Systems. Paul Badger holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
