Jon Stelman is currently the Senior Manager of Responsible AI Solutions at the Ford Foundation, where they support efforts to accelerate global impact by developing AI solutions that align with the organization's mission and values. Jon has a Master of Science in Learning Analytics from Columbia University and a dual Bachelor's degree in Physics and Music from Susquehanna University. They have wide-ranging experience in education, having worked as a high school physics teacher, tutor, and STEM enrichment leader, before transitioning to a focus on education technology and data analytics. Jon is passionate about building tools that empower all individuals, driven to enhance efficacy, equity, and explainability in learning.
