Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair is a seasoned professional in global powertrain manufacturing engineering, with extensive experience at Ford Motor Company from 1999 to the present. Serving as an Engineering Supervisor, they have overseen US and Canadian powertrain operations, focusing on crankshaft and connecting rod machining. Previously, Sinclair held roles including Site Manager at the Romeo Engine Plant and Team Manager for machining operations, where they implemented data-driven improvements and coordinated efforts that saved the company over $10 million. They hold a Master’s degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Sinclair's career began in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer from 1989 to 1995.
